1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern all use of the pk368 platform, including the website at pk368.onl, the pk368 Android app, and the pk368 iOS app. By accessing or using any part of pk368 in any form, you confirm that you have read these terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.

These terms apply to all visitors and registered users of pk368. If you are using pk368 on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these terms.

pk368 reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. Continued use of pk368 after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically so you are aware of any updates.

2 Eligibility

To use pk368 you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. pk368 does not permit underage play and takes age verification seriously.
• You must be accessing pk368 as an individual acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of a third party.
• You must not be acting in a professional capacity or as part of any organised betting syndicate when using pk368's products in a way that exploits platform pricing or promotional offers.
• You must not have previously been excluded or banned from pk368, or had an account terminated for breach of these terms.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your location.

pk368 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage to confirm your eligibility. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in your account being suspended until the verification is complete.

3 Account Registration

To access pk368's betting and gaming products, you are required to register a personal account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. This includes your full name, date of birth, and contact details.
• Maintain the accuracy of your account information and update it promptly if any details change.
• Keep your account login credentials — username, password, and any two-factor authentication details — strictly confidential.
• Not share your account with any other person or allow any other person to access or use your pk368 account.
• Take full responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account, whether authorised by you or not.

One Account Rule: Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on pk368. If you have forgotten your login details, please use the account recovery option rather than creating a new account. Duplicate accounts, regardless of intent, may be suspended and any associated balances held pending review.

pk368 may, at its sole discretion, decline to approve a registration application or suspend an existing account if there are reasonable grounds to believe that the information provided is inaccurate, incomplete, or that the registration otherwise violates these terms.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on pk368 are conducted in PKR (Pakistani Rupee). The following payment methods are supported for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, and cards.

Deposits:

• Deposits are processed promptly. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically reflect in your pk368 account balance within seconds of the transaction being confirmed on the payment provider's end.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day. The applicable limits are displayed at the point of deposit within your account.
• pk368 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The payment account you use to deposit must be registered in your own name and match the details on your pk368 account.
• If a deposit is made from a payment method that does not match your verified account details, pk368 reserves the right to hold that deposit pending verification or return it to the source.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. pk368 may request supporting documents before processing a withdrawal, particularly for larger amounts or where account verification has not previously been completed.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible. In cases where this is not possible, alternative arrangements will be communicated by pk368 support.
• Withdrawals are processed in PKR. pk368 does not charge a withdrawal fee, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges.
• Any active bonus funds in your account that have not yet met their wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are satisfied.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

pk368 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

• All bonuses have a wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the promotion details.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds in your account. Wagering requirements must be completed within the specified time window, after which any remaining bonus balance and associated winnings may be removed.
• pk368 reserves the right to withdraw any promotional offer at any time, and to cancel any bonus from a player's account if there is evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of a software or odds error, or any other form of manipulation.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time per player unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses are personal to the account holder and cannot be transferred to another account.
• Free bets awarded as part of a promotion may only be used on the markets or games specified in the relevant promotion terms.

What constitutes bonus abuse: pk368 considers the following to be forms of bonus abuse — creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; using a bonus in combination with low-risk or hedged betting strategies designed to guarantee a return regardless of outcome; coordinating with other players to manipulate bonus terms; and making deposits solely to claim a welcome bonus with no genuine gaming intent. Accounts identified as engaging in bonus abuse will be suspended and any related winnings may be voided.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on pk368. Product-specific rules — for example, cricket betting, PSL markets, slot games, live casino, and bingo — are available within the relevant sections of the platform.

• All bets are placed at your own risk. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended unless pk368 specifically offers a cash-out or edit-bet feature for that market.
• pk368 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where the odds were incorrectly displayed due to a technical error or data feed failure. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to your account.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a bet, the decision of pk368 is final. Settlement is based on official results from the relevant governing body — for cricket this means the outcomes as confirmed by the ICC, PCB, or PSL governing body, as appropriate.
• pk368 may impose bet limits on any market or for any individual player account at any time without prior notice.
• Bets placed after an event has started using information not yet reflected in the live odds — commonly referred to as "courtsiding" in cricket contexts — are not permitted. Any such bets identified will be voided.
• For slot games and live casino titles, the rules of each game are displayed within the game itself. By playing, you confirm that you have read and understood those rules.

7 Fair Play & Fraud Prevention

pk368 is committed to maintaining a fair and secure gaming environment. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of bets and winnings, and a permanent ban from pk368:

• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Use of automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets, exploit games, or scrape odds data from pk368.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches to obtain funds, winnings, or credits beyond what normal play would produce.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or third-party payment methods to fund your account.
• Providing false information during registration or verification in order to bypass eligibility requirements.
• Any attempt to launder money through the pk368 platform, including cycling deposits through gaming activity to disguise the origin of funds.

pk368 uses automated monitoring tools and manual review processes to detect suspicious activity. If your account is flagged for investigation, pk368 may place a temporary hold on withdrawals while the review is conducted. You will be notified via your registered contact details if this occurs, and pk368 will aim to complete such reviews promptly.

8 Responsible Gaming

pk368 takes responsible gaming seriously. Gaming on pk368 is intended to be a form of entertainment for adults. It should not be used as a source of income, a way to recover financial losses, or an activity that interferes with your personal responsibilities, relationships, or financial stability.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all pk368 account holders:

• Deposit Limits: You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account. Once set, limits take immediate effect and cannot be increased without a mandatory cooling-off period.

9 Privacy & Data

pk368 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with payment processors (such as JazzCash, Easypaisa, and Raast) where necessary to facilitate transactions, and with fraud prevention and identity verification services where required.

10 Suspension & Account Closure

pk368 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time if:

• There is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, or any other violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• The account holder is found to be under 18 years of age.
• The account holder has provided false or misleading information during registration or at any later point.
• A self-exclusion request has been received from the account holder.
• pk368 is required to do so in order to comply with any applicable legal obligation.

Where an account is suspended for investigation purposes, pk368 will notify the account holder via their registered contact details and will aim to complete the review as quickly as reasonably possible. Withdrawals may be held during the investigation period.

If you wish to close your pk368 account voluntarily, you may do so by contacting pk368 support via live chat. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure (excluding bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method.

11 Limitation of Liability

pk368 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While pk368 takes every reasonable step to ensure the platform is stable, accurate, and accessible, pk368 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk368 will not be liable for:

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12 Changes to Terms

pk368 may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When material changes are made, pk368 will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, pk368 may also notify registered users via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of pk368 after any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you should stop using pk368 and may request account closure by contacting support.

pk368 also reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any product, feature, promotion, or service offered on the platform at any time without prior notice, and will not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
